    About this page

How to read cRUD Webinar Status.

cRUD Webinar Status reports the availability of the service as a whole. It never shows information about individual customers, accounts, webinars or attendees.

    Current state

Each component shows its current state with an icon, and names it in words whenever it is not operational: degraded performance, partial outage, major outage, maintenance or no data.

    Daily history

Each bar is one calendar day in Coordinated Universal Time, oldest on the left, for up to 90 days. A day shows the most severe state recorded during it.

    Active issues

When an issue affects the service, the page shows which components are affected, what you may experience, what the team is doing and when the next update is expected, with every update in order.

    When status cannot be confirmed

If live status data cannot be loaded or is out of date, the page says so plainly and never shows an operational state it cannot confirm.
